Must we arrive on Thursday, September 11?

Check in time is scheduled for Thursday from 4-6 p.m. (time subject to change) not only for safety reasons (the back roads are best driven during daylight hours), but for the benefit of Swingology, who will be checking in Glampers and getting guests settled down. Your hosts want to be able to jam with you!

Is there on-site registration?

There is no on-site registration as there is a limited number of people that can attend per 3 Otters Eco Resort’s desire to not harm the environment with an overabundance of humans.

What is the nearest airport to Great Cacapon, WV?

The nearest airport is Hagerstown (Maryland) Regional Airport which is 44 miles from Great Cacapon. The airport is served primarily by Allegiant Air.

What car rental companies operate out of Hagerstown Regional Airport?

Avis, Budget & Hertz all have rental facilities at the airport.
